Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about cleaning, repairs, green pools, and what to expect from service in the southwest Las Vegas Valley.

What areas do you serve?

We serve only the southwest Las Vegas Valley—the western southern corner of the Las Vegas Valley. That includes communities such as Mountain's Edge, Rhodes Ranch, Southern Highlands, Spanish Trail, Coronado Ranch, Nevada Trails, and nearby neighborhoods. See our service areas page for the full list.

How often should my pool be cleaned in Las Vegas?

Most residential pools do best with weekly professional service. Desert heat, UV, dust, and monsoon weather push chemistry around quickly. Between visits, a short owner checklist—emptying baskets and glancing at the water—goes a long way.

What is included in weekly pool cleaning?

Typical visits include skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, emptying baskets, testing and balancing chemistry, and checking equipment performance. We’ll note repair needs early so small issues don’t become emergencies.

Can you recover a green or black pool?

Yes. Green pool recovery is one of our core services. Depending on severity, recovery may take more than one visit and often includes brushing, chemistry treatment, filtration support, and filter cleaning.

Do you repair pool equipment?

We handle small to medium repairs in-house. For any repair over $1,000—or work that involves electrical, plumbing, or refrigerants/HVAC—we partner with a licensed contractor to complete the job safely and to code.

Do you service commercial pools and HOAs?

Yes. We offer commercial and multi-property programs within our southwest valley service area, with reliable scheduling, documentation, and attention to guest-ready water quality.

Should I run my pump more in summer?

Often yes. Warmer water, higher UV, and heavier bather load increase demand on circulation and sanitation. Exact run times depend on pump size, pool volume, and equipment type—we can recommend a schedule for your system.

How do I prepare for a service visit?

Clear gate access, secure pets, and leave any notes about recent issues (cloudiness, odd noises, leaks). If chemicals are stored on-site, make sure they are accessible and labeled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common payment methods for residential and commercial accounts. Details are confirmed when you start service or approve repair work.
